1. The owner of this site is Dictynna Limited (the Company), registered in England Company No.3990104, registered office 82 St. John Street, London EC1M 4JN.

2. These terms apply to all site users. Use of the site will constitute acceptance of these terms.

3. Use of this site does not create any agency or joint venture between the Company and any user (including Practice Group Members).

4. The information on this site is provided ‘as is’ and the Company makes no warranty of any kind as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, fitness for purpose or satisfactory quality.

5. The Company :
   (a) makes no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind in relation to the independent barristers practice group members or the services provided by them
   (b) does not represent or warrant that the information on third party linked sites is accurate, complete or up-to-date. The Company accepts no liability for any inability to access the links or for any losses arising from reliance on their content.
   (c) shall have no liability for any virus or other harmful element contracted through this or other linked sites, although all reasonable steps are taken to exclude viruses from this site. Users should take appropriate precautions before downloading from this site.
   (d) shall have no liability for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this site, save for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the Company

6. The Company is the owner of all rights in the material on this site including graphics, documents, files, codes, and links contained in it. Anyone may view non-password areas of the site and use the information provided for their own purposes provided that it is used for information purposes only and provided that no material or data is copied, distributed, licensed, stored or reproduced.

7. The Company does not knowingly breach or in any way aid the infringement of third party copyright. Save where expressly authorised for publication on the site, registration data held by the Company will not be used for any other purpose and will not be disclosed to third parties except as may be required by law (including obligations under contract with service provider) or regulatory authority.

8. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time and to suspend or terminate the service without notice.

9. Site users warrant:

   (b) that they will not use or attempt to use any program or virus or take any other action that in any way interferes with or interrupts the efficient working of this site.
   (c) that they will not assign their rights and obligations under this agreement.

10. Site users, whether in the use of bulletin boards / chat rooms / advertisements or otherwise shall not publish, display, distribute, exchange or provide links to or information about any material which is or may be defamatory, pornographic, obscene or vulgar.

11. These terms are governed by English Law without giving effect to any of the principles of conflict of laws. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision should be void for unfairness or illegality it shall be servered from the agreement and the remainder of the terms shall remain in force.

12. These terms constitute the entire agreement relating to the use of this site.
